JOB DESCRIPTION

Summary/Objective
The Airport Operations Supervisor is responsible for overseeing airport operations and managing all operational staff, including supervisors, to ensure a safe and efficient service while delivering outstanding customer satisfaction.

Essential Functions

  1. Oversee daily airport operations and manage staff performance.
  2. Develop, modify, and approve work schedules for all operational personnel.
  3. Ensure service standards are met in accordance with client agreements by inspecting operational areas.
  4. Manage the budget allocated for operational hours and identify cost-saving opportunities.
  5. Address and resolve customer complaints promptly to maintain service quality.
  6. Keep an accurate inventory of wheelchairs and other essential equipment.
  7. Communicate any changes in services and operations to staff to ensure coverage.
  8. Monitor key performance indicators to align with company objectives, such as client satisfaction and overtime management.
  9. Foster positive relationships with clients and employees to create a collaborative work environment that enhances morale and productivity.
  10. Represent the company positively to promote its goals and enhance public recognition.
  11. Keep management informed of significant issues and take corrective actions as necessary.
  12. Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations regarding attendance, uniforms, and security protocols.
  13. Participate in the planning processes at various intervals as required.

Required Education and Experience
  1. Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience

  3. Fluency in English; bilingual skills are advantageous
