Job Summary:

Methodist Hospitals is seeking a highly skilled Radiology Liaison Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Interventional Radiology department, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth coordination of patient procedures and services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Schedule patients for procedures and coordinate with ancillary areas, including anesthesia and pathology services as required.
  • Confirm scheduled appointments with patients and provide clear instructions.
  • Facilitate communication among departments and staff, ensuring seamless coordination of services.
  • Verify physician privileges and confirm insurance and authorization status for outpatients.
  • Schedule Interventional Radiology cases through multiple physician offices.
  • Perform other duties as needed and assigned.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma required.
  • 2 years of experience in Radiology/Medical with customer service preferred.
  • CPR certification required.
