As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for performing project management, hydrologic and hydraulic analyses, drainage and watershed planning, and initial design for private and public stormwater infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform project management, hydrologic and hydraulic analyses, drainage and watershed planning, and initial design for private and public stormwater infrastructure
  • Create cost-effective, maintainable, and sustainable solutions for municipalities, governmental agencies, and developers
  • Collaborate with our team to meet tough challenges in creative ways
  • Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and budgets
  • Manage and supervise project teams, including engineers, technicians, and support staff
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Civil Engineering
  • PE license in the state of Texas preferred or can obtain within 6 months
  • 5-10 years of experience supporting projects in water resources planning, hydrology, hydraulic modeling, and other engineering tasks
  • Good technical writing and communication skills
  • Proficient in project management, administration, and supervision
  • Technical experience with HEC-HMS, HEC-RAS, ArcGIS, and/or CADD
