Key Responsibilities

We are seeking an Office Operations Associate to join our team at QSC in Midtown Phoenix. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional front desk support and administrative services.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Gmail. Bilingual skills in English and Spanish are a must.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the front desk, answering calls and greeting clients with professionalism.
  • Provide administrative support, handling tasks such as filing and data entry with precision and efficiency.
  • Process payments accurately and promptly.
  • Maintain proficiency in software applications, including Word, Excel, and Google Sheets.
  • Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks.
  • Communicate effectively with clients in both English and Spanish.

Requirements:

  • Bilingual: Must be fluent in English and Spanish (spoken and written).
  • Tech-Savvy: Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Gmail.
  • Professionalism: Exhibit a polished and professional demeanor in all interactions.
