About the Role

Houston Community College (HCC) is seeking a skilled Corporate Trainer, Trades Training to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality training programs to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and deliver training programs in trades training, ensuring that clients receive the skills and knowledge they need to succeed.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to create engaging and effective training content.
  • Conduct training sessions at client locations, utilizing current technology and software programs.
  • Assess training effectiveness and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in trades training.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree required; eight years of experience may be substituted for the degree.
  • Certification in construction trades or equivalent experience preferred.
  • Minimum three years of subject-related industry experience, with community college, university teaching, or corporate training experience a plus.
