Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Corporate College Trainer to join our team at Lone Star College. As a Corporate College Trainer, you will be responsible for delivering training programs in mechanical, electrical, and fluid systems to clients in a variety of industries.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and deliver training programs in mechanical, electrical, and fluid systems to clients in a variety of industries
  • Review and update course content to ensure it is relevant and effective
  • Conduct training sessions and provide feedback to clients
  • Maintain professional relationships with clients and colleagues
  • Work with Corporate College to continuously improve instructional quality
Requirements
  • High school diploma or higher and at least 3 years of verified, paid work experience in industry as an electrical/electronics and/or mechanical maintenance and/or fluid systems specialist
  • Work experience and significant hands-on and classroom training experience in one or more of the following areas: mechanical systems, industrial electrical/electronic systems, technical math, blueprint and/or schematic reading, precision measurement, and occupational and equipment safety
  • Experience in adapting training techniques to students of both technical and nontechnical backgrounds
Preferred Qualifications
  • Associate's degree or higher in a related field
