The Opportunity

Your Mission
  • Deliver essential soft-skills training to corporate clients as required
  • Create and implement customized training programs in leadership, management, and supervisory competencies
Your Work
  • Evaluate the training requirements of clients
  • Design and conduct training utilizing diverse methodologies
  • Regularly refresh course materials and instructional techniques
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • Preferred certification in Leadership and Customer Service
  • At least three years of experience in corporate training
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Proficiency in management, human resources, and curriculum design
  • Capability to foster critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Expertise in learning theories and leadership strategies
