Sales Professional

KRUEGER, a 73-year-old industry leader, is seeking a dynamic leader to join our organization. As a Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in servicing our existing 2,000 business clients, developing relationships with new clients, and leading a small team to achieve similar results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Service and grow our existing client base.
- Research and pursue new business opportunities.
- Supervise and lead team activity and results.
- Train and develop incoming team members on our systems and processes.
- Provide daily reporting of field activity using our CRM system.
- Focus on recruiting, training, and leadership development.
Requirements:
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong supervisory and leadership abilities.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and delegate when necessary.
- Passion for helping people and developing relationships.
- Sales or customer service experience.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset.
- Desire to be active in the community.
- Knowledge of CRMs, preferably Salesforce.
Licensing Requirements:
- Driver's License and ability to work in the U.S. are required.
- Must have a clean background and own transportation.
- 45-day minimum evaluation period before advancement.
