About the Role

As a Retail Banker at Woodforest National Bank, you will be the face of our organization, responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth. We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Proactively identify and recommend bank products and services to customers, achieving individual sales targets.
  • Process transactions, open accounts, and perform account maintenance, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Handle branch servicing duties, including vault balancing, cash ordering, and automated teller machine maintenance.
  • Employ problem-solving skills to address customer inquiries and concerns, providing solutions that meet their needs.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant sales and/or customer service experience, or an Associate's degree with 1 year of relevant experience, or a Bachelor's degree.
  • Previous in-store banking experience is preferred but not required.
  • Must be positive, engaging, and possess excellent communication skills.
Working Conditions

Conditions include standing most of the time, with occasional walking, moving, bending, stooping, or sitting for brief periods, and occasionally lifting and carrying items up to 30 lbs.
