Key Responsibilities:

  • Correspond with applicants via phone and email to collect and analyze insurance information that facilitates the risk assessment process and provides underwriting support.
  • Serve as the liaison for underwriters and customers to track, manage, and prioritize insurance applications and other services.
  • Maintain accurate, up-to-date records within underwriting software programs by verifying all documents for accuracy and completion.

Requirements:

  • 1 year of experience in customer service, data entry, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a smoke-free environment.
