Digital Marketing Specialist Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team at Security Finance. As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will play a key role in developing and executing our digital marketing strategy to drive business growth and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and optimize our corporate website using a content management system.
  • Monitor and analyze SEO and SEM initiatives, including campaign creation, optimization, and performance tracking.
  • Plan and execute our social media program across various platforms, including content creation and engagement.
  • Supervise and oversee digital advertising campaigns, including planning, tracking, scheduling, and resource coordination.
  • Develop strategies and materials for content marketing, including email marketing and texting campaigns.
  • Facilitate lead generation programs and monitor reputation management through online reviews, branch listings, and customer feedback.
  • Analyze and measure data, reporting on outcomes of digital marketing efforts.
  • Oversee the design, creation, and delivery of professional advertisements and marketing materials, ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations.
  • Communicate with third-party vendors and agencies to ensure results.
  • Assist with other marketing functions as needed.
Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of digital marketing experience.
  • Experience with content management systems.
  • Extensive knowledge of SEO and SEM.
  • High level of creativity and project management skills for digital mediums.
  • Ability to generate and analyze reporting using Google Analytics and other tools.
  • Experience working with marketing vendor agencies.
  • Computer literacy with experience using design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and MS Office products.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for a diverse audience, with sound copywriting and proofreading abilities.
  • Spanish language skills are a plus but not required.
