We are seeking a highly skilled Counselor II - Wraparound - Focus Specialist to join our team at the Department of Mental Health-MHC Spartanburg. The successful candidate will utilize a team-based planning process to provide individualized, coordinated, and family-driven care to individuals and families in need.
The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in human services or a related field and professional experience in social services programs. Bilingual abilities in English and Spanish are a plus.
This is a full-time position located at the Department of Mental Health, Spartanburg Office, 250 Dewey Avenue, Spartanburg, SC 29303. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing assistance to address identified child and family needs, including connection to services, and performing other related duties as assigned.
