- Serve as a mentor and coach, clearly communicating expectations and providing guidance to team members.
- Collaborate with other departments to guarantee guest satisfaction and efficient operations in a safe and welcoming atmosphere.
- Possess thorough knowledge of liquor laws and regulations, particularly those related to service restrictions.
- Maintain expertise in various beverage offerings, including liquor brands, wines, beers, and non-alcoholic selections.
- Ensure readiness of products and equipment for service, coordinating with relevant departments as necessary.
- Conduct regular inspections of storage and work areas to verify proper supplies and cleanliness.
- Delegate tasks and responsibilities to team members in accordance with established procedures.
- Monitor team member appearance and grooming in line with company standards.
- Engage with all Beverage Team Members during shifts to discuss pertinent operational information.
- Organize and oversee team members during the setup, service, and breakdown of special events.
- Manage inventory of prebatched cocktails and specialty garnishes.
- Understand and troubleshoot P.O.S. systems, including processing transactions and managing service recoveries.
- Maintain positive relationships with guests and team members, documenting relevant interactions in a daily log.
- Assess staffing levels to determine appropriate assignments and schedules.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by Food & Beverage Leadership.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience in food and beverage preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with proficiency in Microsoft 365.
- Exceptional interpersonal, customer service, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.
- Proven track record of delivering high-quality guest service.
- Flexibility to work various shifts and days as needed.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality are essential.
- Physical capability to lift heavy items (up to 50 lbs.), stand for extended periods, and navigate stairs.
- Able to respond effectively to visual and auditory signals.
- Capacity to perform under pressure in fast-paced environments.
Compensation:
$20-$22/hour
