We are seeking a Faith-Based Counselor to join our team at HCO Behavioral Health.

About Our Team:

HCO Behavioral Health is committed to fostering a safe, empathetic, and non-judgmental environment for clients.

Salary Range: $56,000 - $75,000 per year (based on experience)

Key Accountabilities:

  • Conduct individual and group counseling sessions using a faith-based approach.
  • Collaborate with clients to identify and address emotional, psychological, and spiritual concerns.
  • Perform comprehensive assessments to understand clients' backgrounds, beliefs, and needs.
  • Develop customized treatment plans that incorporate psychological techniques and Christian principles.
  • Provide guidance on issues such as relationship difficulties, grief, anxiety, depression, and personal growth.

Requirements:

  • Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
  • State licensure as a counselor or therapist (e.g., LPC, LMFT, LCSW) is required.
  • Demonstrated experience in providing counseling services, preferably with a focus on integrating Christian values.
  • Strong understanding of Christian theology, principles, and scriptures.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
