Manufacturing Engineer

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement processes for fabricating new crystal materials and components
- Create process sheets and release work to the production floor
- Troubleshoot technical issues and assist in training new operators
- Design tooling and fixtures to support fabrication operations
- Investigate new equipment to improve quality and efficiency
Requirements:
- BS degree in a technical discipline or equivalent work experience
- Experience with operating manual or automated cutting equipment
- Proficiency with CAD (SolidWorks) and Excel
- Strong communication and leadership skills
