Key Responsibilities:


  • Develop and implement processes for fabricating new crystal materials and components
  • Create process sheets and release work to the production floor
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and assist in training new operators
  • Design tooling and fixtures to support fabrication operations
  • Investigate new equipment to improve quality and efficiency


Requirements:


  • BS degree in a technical discipline or equivalent work experience
  • Experience with operating manual or automated cutting equipment
  • Proficiency with CAD (SolidWorks) and Excel
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
