Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategies to drive business growth and profitability
  • Lead a team of banking center managers to achieve sales and service goals
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and capitalize on business opportunities
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to inform business decisions
Requirements:
  • 4+ years of banking experience with 2+ years of consumer lending experience
  • 2+ years of supervisory experience, preferably in the banking or retail industry
  • Licenses/Certifications: must be eligible to register with the National Mortgage Licensing System and Registry (NMLS)
