Job Title: Senior Living Community Nurse

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Nurse to join our team at Eagle's View Supportive Living and Memory Care Community in Rantoul, IL.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide routine daily nursing care and services to residents in accordance with their assessment and care plan.
  • Assist with medication passes and documentation requirements.
  • Take vital signs and collect information about conditions and treatment plans from the caregiver team.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Wellness Director.

Requirements:

  • Current, valid IL state certification and in good standing.
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Successful completion of a nursing assistant program.
  • Current on the IDPH HCWR Registry.
  • Ability to perform physical tasks typically performed in CNA work, including lifting up to 25 lbs.
  • Valid CPR (recently expired accepted, we will get you recertified).
