Job Summary

Evolve Cannabis LLC is seeking a highly motivated and knowledgeable Cannabis Expert to join our team. As a key member of our dispensary team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, educating customers on our products, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide 1:1 consultations with customers to educate them on our products and services
  • Assist customers with purchasing decisions and answer questions about our products
  • Maintain a thorough knowledge of our products, including terpenes, trichomes, and methods of consumption
  • Ensure compliance with inventory and cash handling procedures
  • Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve sales goals and provide exceptional customer service

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in a fast-paced customer-service intensive industry, preferably in cannabis retail
  • Strong knowledge of cannabis products, including terpenes, trichomes, and methods of consumption
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment and maintain a clean and welcoming environment
