Job Title: Budtender/ Sales Associate

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and knowledgeable Budtender to join our team at Evolve Cannabis LLC. As a Budtender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, educating customers about our products, and maintaining a clean and safe environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide 1:1 consultations with customers to educate them about our products and answer their questions.
  • Assist customers in selecting products and advise them on safe dosage and other aspects of the products.
  • Maintain customer records in compliance with State law and Company policy.
  • Assist General Manager with inventory and cash management, daily and weekly.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, welcoming environment inside and outside the facility.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 2+ years' cannabis specific experience in a fast-paced customer-service intensive industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and ethical conduct.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • 2 years post-secondary education in a related field.
  • Experience in similar regulated industry.
Working Conditions:

The Budtender will work in a fast-paced retail dispensary environment, standing for extended periods, and lifting up to 50 pounds. Must pass a background check and be at least 21 years of age.
