Evolve Cannabis LLC is seeking a highly skilled and passionate Team Lead to join our team. As a key member of our dispensary team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing daily operations, and leading our team by example.
Key Responsibilities- Provide 1:1 consultations with customers, educating them on cannabis products and advocating for their needs.
- Manage cash handling and inventory, ensuring compliance with state and local laws and regulations.
- Lead by example, demonstrating high standards of professionalism and customer service.
- Assist in implementing and maintaining policies and procedures, ensuring a smooth and efficient dispensary operation.
- Collaborate with the General Manager and Inventory Managers to ensure accurate inventory levels and sales data.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for customers and staff.
- 2+ years of experience in a fast-paced customer-service intensive industry, preferably in cannabis retail.
- High school diploma or equivalent, with 2 years of post-secondary education in a related field preferred.
- Strong knowledge of cannabis products, including terpenes, trichomes, methods of consumption, and the science of the Endocannabinoid System.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and ethical conduct, with a strong commitment to upholding company policies and procedures.
