Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and knowledgeable Budtender to join our team. As a Budtender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, educating customers about our products, and ensuring a seamless shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide 1:1 consultations with customers to educate them about our products and help them find the perfect fit.
  • Assist customers with sales transactions and ensure accurate cash handling.
  • Maintain a clean and safe shopping environment, adhering to all state and company regulations.
  • Assist with inventory management and cash management, ensuring accurate records and compliance with state laws.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on the latest cannabis products and trends.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; 2+ years of experience in a fast-paced customer-service intensive industry preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of cannabis products, including terpenes, trichomes, methods of consumption, and the science of the Endocannabinoid System.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to company policies and procedures.
  • Physical ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and work in a fast-paced environment.
