Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop web-based applications.
  • Analyze user requirements to identify enhancements and upgrades.
  • Conduct application validation through testing, code modification, and debugging.

  • Lead development projects, coordinating tasks and mentoring junior team members to ensure timely delivery of high-quality software solutions.
Essential Qualifications:
  • Proficient in JavaScript and HTML/HTML5/CSS.
  • Strong understanding of database-driven applications.
  • Excellent user interface design capabilities.
  • Experience in configuration management and software deployment.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Familiarity with software development life cycle (SDLC), operating systems, networks, and hardware infrastructure is advantageous.
  • Experience with formal software delivery and quality assurance methodologies is a plus.
  • Knowledge of Department of Defense (DoD) development and Security Technical Implementation Guide (STIG) compliance is beneficial.
  • Focus on user satisfaction in design and solutions.
  • Ability to independently solve complex problems.
  • Commitment to continuous learning and innovative solution generation.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required.
  • US citizenship is required.
  • Ability to obtain a security clearance is necessary.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Master's Degree in Computer Science or Information Systems/Technology Management.
  • Experience with PERL programming.
  • Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert (MCSE) certification.
  • Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) or COMPTIA Advanced Security Practitioner (CASP) certification.
  • Certified Perl Developer certification.
  • ITIL Foundation Certification.
