About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to join EGlobalTech, a Tetra Tech Company, as a skilled Front-End Developer. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and enhancing the front-end interface for our AI solution using JavaScript. You will collaborate with other team members to integrate AWS services such as Lex, Bedrock, OpenSearch, CloudWatch, and other services. Your expertise in optimizing web applications for scalability will be invaluable in ensuring the success of our projects.

Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain front-end interfaces for AI solutions using JavaScript
Collaborate with team members to integrate AWS services
Optimize web applications for scalability
Work with customers to develop and deploy innovative solutions using AI technologies within Amazon Web Services (AWS) infrastructure and other cloud platforms
Develop enhancements for existing applications built using React.js
Stay up-to-date with emerging trends in web technologies and AI

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor of Science in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or relevant field
6+ years of professional software development experience, with a strong emphasis on front-end technologies
Strong proficiency in JavaScript/Typescript, including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model
Strong understanding of React and its core principles, with 2+ years of experience building applications using React
Understanding of RESTful APIs and modern HTML/CSS libraries
Experience with common front-end development tools such as NPM, Babel, Webpack, etc.
Experience working with and integrating AWS services into web applications, specifically AWS Lex, Bedrock
Experience using Git/GitLab version control systems
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in an Agile environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Desired Qualifications:

Knowledge of building and maintaining AI-powered chatbots or conversational interfaces
Experience building/deploying server-side applications and APIs with Node
Self-driven and proactive in staying up-to-date with advancements in web development, AI, and cloud technologies
