Daily Responsibilities

As you empower individuals to make informed and confident choices regarding their finances, careers, and lives, you will cultivate client relationships that strengthen over time.


Key Responsibilities

  • Initiate the tax return process by inputting client and W-2 details into the tax software.
  • Assist in concluding the client interview by compiling the tax return, securing necessary signatures, reviewing the final product with the client, and executing bookkeeping tasks.
  • Ensure that all H&R Block clients receive exceptional service.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Proficient reading and math skills necessary to conduct the tax return interview.
  • Effective communication skills, both in person and over the phone.
  • Prior experience with Windows-based computer applications.
  • Additional state and local requirements may be applicable.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Additional coursework in mathematics, accounting, or finance.
