We are seeking a skilled Radiology Technologist to contribute to delivering exceptional patient care in our Cath Lab at MLee Healthcare.
About the Role- Assist with scrubbing in, preparing and handling catheters and guide wires, and administering contrast media and medications as instructed by the physician.
- Document procedures and patient information according to hospital policies.
- Provide expert assistance to cardiologists during diagnostic and interventional procedures, ensuring seamless execution and optimal patient outcomes.
- Operate state-of-the-art imaging systems to capture precise, high-quality images of the heart and blood vessels, supporting accurate diagnoses and treatment plans.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure a smooth and efficient workflow, prioritizing patient safety and satisfaction.
- Conduct routine checks and maintenance on imaging equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety, minimizing downtime and maximizing productivity.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of procedures, patient information, and imaging results, facilitating seamless continuity of care and informed decision-making.
- Associate degree in Radiography
- Registered by A.R.R.T.
- License by Illinois Emergency Management Agency (IEMA)
