Overview

As a Mental Health Aide at Laurel Heights Hospital, you will play a vital role in supporting the wellbeing of our young patients. You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to provide direct patient care, facilitating a safe and therapeutic environment that encourages positive outcomes.



Responsibilities


  • Recording patient vital signs and maintaining accurate health records
  • Assisting with head-to-toe assessments and clinical documentation
  • Running therapeutic group sessions to promote social skills and emotional intelligence
  • Maintaining a safe and therapeutic milieu, including crisis intervention and Q15 observation rounds

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will require:
