**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a skilled Stranding Equipment Operator to join our team at Southwire. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for operating high-speed stranding equipment to produce stranded cable on specified packages.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate high-speed stranding equipment to produce stranded cable on specified packages.
- Assist in the setup and maintenance of equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Monitor and control the production process to ensure quality and efficiency.
- Collaborate with the production team to meet production targets and deadlines.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- 1-2 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production targets.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
