Key Responsibilities- Provide leadership and oversight to our medical service, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care and the achievement of our clinical and operational goals.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to improve patient outcomes, reduce costs, and enhance the patient experience.
- Collaborate with our clinical and administrative teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination of care.
- Develop and manage budgets, ensuring the effective allocation of resources to support our clinical and operational goals.
- Recruit, retain, and develop a high-performing team of medical professionals, ensuring that we have the right people in the right roles to deliver exceptional patient care.
- Board certification in a relevant medical specialty.
- Valid US medical license.
- Excellent clinical and communication skills.
- Proven leadership experience, with a track record of success in a similar role.
- Eligibility for appointment as Associate or Full Professor at UCSF.
