Job Summary:

St. Luke's Health System is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Advanced Practice Provider to join our Urgent Care team at Parkcenter. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional patient experiences and promoting a positive, supportive, and inclusive culture.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality patient care through preventive, specific conditions, or acute illnesses
  • Promote the concept of a medical home, emphasizing a continuous relationship with a provider coordinating care for both wellness and illness
  • Collaborate with the St. Luke's Urgent Care team to ensure seamless patient care and excellent outcomes
  • Participate in performance incentives and professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and career growth

Requirements:

  • Graduate education from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program or qualifying education as designated by the Idaho Board of Nursing
  • License and certification, as required by the specialty, or be eligible to obtain licensure from Idaho Board of Nursing to practice as a Nurse Practitioner
  • Unrestricted prescriptive authority, DEA, and controlled substance licenses
