**Key Responsibilities**

  • Investigate customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Interview, select, train, and assign new personnel to ensure a skilled and efficient team.
  • Enforce compliance with all company policies, procedures, safety rules, and governmental regulations.
  • Review and analyze expenditure, financial, and operations reports to identify areas for improvement and increase profits.

**Preferred Qualifications**

  • Minimum 2+ years of LTL terminal operations supervisory experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Knowledge of AS400 and Microsoft Office.

**Benefits**

Saia offers a competitive salary range of $68,300.00 to $85,300.00 annually, based on experience. This position is bonus eligible. We also offer a range of benefits to support the success of our employees.
