We are seeking a highly motivated and animal-loving Pet Host to join our team at PetSuites. As a Pet Host, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and their pets, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless experience for all.

• Customer Service: Provide top-notch customer service to our clients, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
• Pet Care: Ensure the health and well-being of our furry guests, providing a safe and comfortable environment for them to thrive.
• Communication: Communicate effectively with clients, staff, and veterinarians to ensure seamless care and coordination.
• Administrative Tasks: Manage cash, check, and credit card transactions, as well as maintain accurate records and reports.

• Animal Experience: A passion for animals and animal care, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new situations.
• Customer Service Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and staff.
• Organizational Skills: Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks, with a high level of attention to detail.
• Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 60 pounds, stand for long periods, and work in a fast-paced environment.
