Business Development Manager

Toll Holdings Limited is a leading logistics company with a rich history of innovation and customer satisfaction. We are currently seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our team in the United States.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and business development, with experience in identifying new business opportunities and developing strategic plans to achieve sales goals. The salary for this role is estimated to be around $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience.
About the Role:
- Identify new business opportunities through contact with prospective clients in the assigned market and for cross-selling new services to existing clients.
- Develop and maintain a client lifecycle program for top clients, building a solid understanding of target customers and their needs.
- Manage time and sales territory to reach the desired number of sales calls, ensuring maximum Toll exposure to the market.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field.
- Minimum of five years' experience in Sales/Business Development.
- Experience with Global Forwarding operations and market intelligence.
