Job Summary

We are seeking a well-rounded Customer Service Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their experience is nothing short of unforgettable.

Responsibilities
  • Delight Our Guests: Provide warm and friendly service to our customers, exceeding their expectations at every turn.
  • Product Knowledge: Demonstrate a deep understanding of our carriage tours, services, and amenities, ensuring you can answer any question or concern our guests may have.
  • Logistical Expertise: Organize and dispatch our horse-drawn carriage tours with precision and efficiency, ensuring a seamless experience for our guests.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with our sales, tour guides, and barn crew to ensure a cohesive and exceptional experience for our guests.
  • Culture of Excellence: Foster a culture of respect and excellence within our team, treating colleagues and customers alike with kindness and professionalism.
Requirements
  • Customer-Facing Experience: Proven experience in a customer-facing role, with a focus on delivering exceptional service.
  • Logistical Skills: Ability to exercise good judgement and logistical skills in a fast-paced environment.
  • Team Player: A positive and professional team player who is comfortable working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
  • Animal Comfort: Comfortable around animals, including large draft horses.
  • Organizational Skills: Organized, attentive, and detail-oriented, with a focus on delivering exceptional results.
  • Reliable Transportation: Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Pre-Employment Screening: Willingness to undergo a pre-employment drug screen.
