Key Responsibilities

Investigate, evaluate, negotiate, and settle claims with a focus on delivering remarkable service to our customers.
Apply knowledge of auto and property insurance policies, coverage, and claim handling practices to determine coverage, liability, and damages.
Effectively manage work through task-driven queues while multitasking in a fast-paced call center environment.
Support customers through personalized, caring, and simple interactions, demonstrating empathy and de-escalation skills.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
Experience as a Claim Specialist in the insurance industry, specifically in auto and/or property claims, including proficiency in using CCC, Xactimate, XactContents, and other estimating/evaluation software tools.
Strong knowledge of auto and/or property insurance policies, coverage, and claim handling practices, as well as familiarity with state or local regulations and compliance requirements.
Proven ability to assess damages, estimate repair costs, and negotiate settlements.
