Job Title: Nurse Educator - Healthcare Trainer

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Nurse Educator to join our team at Atrium Health Charlotte. As a Nurse Educator, you will play a vital role in developing and delivering educational programs for our nursing staff, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to provide exceptional patient care.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive education programs for nursing staff
- Conduct needs assessments to identify areas for improvement and develop targeted training initiatives
- Collaborate with nursing leadership to ensure alignment with organizational goals and objectives
- Utilize adult learning principles to design engaging and effective educational experiences

Requirements:
- Current NC RN licensure required
- BSN required
- 3 years clinical experience in related area required
- Specialty certification may be preferred or required for specific area

Compensation:
This is a full-time position offering a competitive salary of $85,000 per year, plus benefits including medical, vision, dental, life insurance, and a 401k retirement plan.
