Atrium Health Cleveland in Shelby, a 241-bed hospital serving greater Cleveland County, NC, and the surrounding region, seeks a skilled RN Cardiovascular Nurse Specialist to join our team.

As a RN Cardiovascular Nurse Specialist at Atrium Health Cleveland, you will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment with a variety of patients, including those with cardiac, medical, and surgical conditions. You will partner with cardiologists, hospitalists, and other disciplines to manage titratable cardiac drips, bipap, post-op, and post-ICU patients.

The ideal candidate for this role is a resourceful, flexible, and team-oriented individual with strong critical thinking abilities, organization, and prioritization skills. You should be able to assess patients quickly and make sound decisions in high-pressure situations.

This position offers a competitive salary range of $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, paid time off, and retirement savings plan.

To qualify for this role, you must have a current RN license or temporary license as a Registered Nurse Petitioner in the state where you work and reside. A BSN degree is preferred, but not required. You should also have BLS certification and meet the physical requirements of the job, which include walking, standing, sitting, lifting, reaching, stooping, bending, pushing, and pulling.
