As a Sales Engineer at HighByte, you will play a critical role in driving sales growth and customer success by providing technical expertise and support to our customers and partners. Your day-to-day work will involve delivering product demonstrations, responding to technical inquiries, training customers, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional technical support to customers and partners through product presentations, demonstrations, and sales consultations
  • Collaborate with sales teams to develop and execute technical sales strategies
  • Support customer onboarding and training to ensure successful adoption of our solutions
  • Identify customer needs and capture detailed requirements to drive sales engagements and product development
  • Contribute to the creation of technical content, including user documentation, data sheets, and white papers
  • Attend industry events and conferences to showcase our solutions and build relationships with key stakeholders

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, science, or a related field, or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of professional experience in IT, manufacturing, or a related field
  • Ability to travel up to 25% of the time
