Salary and Benefits
The salary for this position is $15.00 per hour, with a $500 sign-on bonus for full-time employees. In addition to competitive pay, we offer excellent benefits, including health, dental, and vision coverage, a retirement plan, paid time off, life insurance, and long-term disability insurance.
Job Responsibilities
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Monitoring residents and enforcing rules and restrictions
- Assisting with program services, such as installing electronic monitoring equipment and conducting surveillance testing
- Conducting internal and external inspections to maintain resident safety and accountability
- Maintaining working knowledge of procedures and policies
Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you should have a High School diploma or equivalent, one year of paid work experience, and the ability to work variable shifts as needed.
