Program Manager

Maryhurst is a leading provider of residential programs, community-based homes, and outpatient clinical services for children in need. Our team of dedicated professionals works to break the cycle of abuse and provide tools for survivors of abuse and neglect to transition to more permanent settings.
The Care Coordinator plays a critical role in facilitating and supervising the treatment planning process for clients in our community-based programs. As a liaison and representative for child, family, and outside agencies, you will ensure that clients receive effective and efficient services.
- Monitor the effectiveness and efficiency of services for Quality Assurance purposes.
- Interface with other community resources such as legal, education, and medical systems, connecting all necessary services within the Maryhurst system for individual clients.
- Assess client/family needs and make referrals to relevant resources.
The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational, assessment, assertiveness, and documentation skills, with the ability to facilitate the treatment process and collaborate effectively with the treatment team.
Requirements- Bachelor's degree in Human Services or a related field.
- Minimum one year experience working with family and children's services or in a case management position.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
We offer a competitive salary range of $37,568.00 - $42,000.00 per year, along with a comprehensive benefits package including dental insurance, employee assistance program, health insurance, life insurance, paid time off, retirement plan, tuition reimbursement, and vision insurance.
