About the Job

We have an exciting opportunity for a skilled and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Floater Assistant. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring the success of our Early Head Start and Head Start programs by supporting teachers, engaging with families, and promoting the overall well-being of our young students.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work collaboratively with teachers to plan and deliver educational activities;
  • Build strong relationships with families through regular communication and home visits;
  • Contribute to the development of Individual Family Service Plans (IFSPs) for children with special needs;
  • Monitor and record children's progress, identifying areas for improvement and celebrating successes;
  • Participate in ongoing professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge;
  • Maintain confidentiality and adhere to program policies and procedures.
