As a key member of the Finance & Administration Division, you will contribute to the financial operations of our organization.
The ideal candidate will be adept at performing intricate financial reconciliations, utilizing advanced queries and Excel functionalities to generate comprehensive financial reports, and demonstrating outstanding analytical and organizational capabilities.
Primary ResponsibilitiesAll staff members are expected to be prepared for emergency assignments and may be called upon during both planned and unplanned events, which could involve extended hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Maintaining and managing accounting records while ensuring accuracy in financial reporting.
- Providing support to both accounts payable and accounts receivable teams.
- Utilizing an accounting system to monitor, reconcile, and report on various financial programs and appropriations.
- Resolving complex financial issues and offering guidance to program managers on financial management matters.
- Reviewing and certifying vendor invoices for payment.
- Estimating changes in operational costs and financial forecasts for assigned programs.
This position has a positive education requirement. Candidates must submit transcripts as part of the application process. Official transcripts will be required upon selection.
