RN Case Manager - Hospice Care Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our hospice care team as a Case Manager. This is a full-time position with 36 hours per week.

Salary and Benefits:

A competitive salary of $62,000 - $72,000 per year, depending on experience, plus comprehensive benefits and opportunities for professional growth and development.
