Compensation: $25 - $30 per hour, commensurate with experience
Work Schedule: Full-time, 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the repair, upkeep, installation, and troubleshooting of industrial machinery, including washers, dryers, steam tunnels, conveyor systems, and boilers.
- Conduct preventive and predictive maintenance to enhance equipment reliability.
- Address safety issues and uphold a secure working environment.
- Perform both indoor and outdoor cleaning tasks to maintain a tidy and organized facility.
- Oversee inventory supplies and keep precise maintenance records.
- Interpret maintenance manuals and blueprints effectively.
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet operational objectives.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED is required.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in repairing industrial processing equipment, preferably in an industrial or military environment.
- Proficient in reading maintenance literature in English.
- Basic skills in Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to stand for extended periods during shifts.
- Preferred: Knowledge of boilers and HVAC systems.
- Preferred: Experience in welding techniques, including MIG, TIG, ARC, cutting, and brazing.
