Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician II to join our team at Senior Living Communities. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our buildings, grounds, and equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Complete all assigned work orders in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring that all maintenance tasks are performed to a high standard.
  • Assist with maintenance projects as required, working collaboratively with other team members to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Perform preventive maintenance measures under the supervision of the Director of Facility Services, helping to identify and address potential issues before they become major problems.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; technical certification or degree in a related field preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in maintenance and repair, preferably in a senior living or healthcare setting.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently, with minimal supervision.
