Position Overview

We are currently in search of recent graduates for a business-to-business sales role in our Cleveland, OH office. We value enthusiastic, polished, and hardworking candidates eager to embark on a sales career.

As a leading consulting and contract logistics firm, Priority1 specializes in LTL, Truckload, Air Freight, and Warehouse services. Our rapid growth has opened up opportunities for new outside Territory Managers in the Cleveland market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prospecting for New Business (including B2B Door-to-Door Cold Calling)
  • Developing Lead Generation Strategies and Utilizing CRM for Activity Tracking
  • Establishing and Managing New Accounts
  • Overseeing Accounts You Sell
Training and Development

We prioritize the training and development of our Territory Managers (TMs) through top-tier programs. New hires can anticipate three weeks of corporate training within their first two years, with additional training opportunities as they progress in their careers.

All training sessions are conducted in a collaborative environment led by our Executive Development Team, who have firsthand experience in sales.

Following Basic Sales Training, new Territory Managers will participate in the "Fast Start Program," which includes three months of in-the-field training with senior management.

Qualifications
  • 0-2 years of sales experience preferred
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred (ideal coursework in business, marketing, or communication)
  • Active involvement in campus activities (athletic backgrounds highly encouraged)

Compensation and Benefits
  • Base Salary of $40K + Uncapped Commission + $500 Monthly Car Allowance + Reimbursement for Gas Receipts

Comprehensive medical insurance with premiums fully covered for employees and dependents, along with dental and vision insurance. Additional benefits include HSA with employer contributions, life insurance, short-term and long-term disability, and a 401(k) plan.

Profit Sharing: Typical annual contribution of 15% of total eligible compensation, along with paid holidays and PTO.
