Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead day-to-day civil construction bridge operations

  • Frequent communication with team members, subcontractors, and clients

Requirements:

  • Technical education with 5-10 years' work experience in bridges
  • Effective communication skills for collaborating with team members, subcontractors, and clients
  • Leadership qualities to guide and motivate the team to achieve project goals
  • Availability to travel in and around South Dakota
