Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of insurance types and plans
  • Excellent client service and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to explain complex products clearly
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
  • Strong computer skills and experience with Microsoft Office and CRM tools
  • Previous sales presentation experience
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • Some travel required for training and client meetings

Compensation and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is $70,000 - $90,000 per annum, depending on experience. The role also offers a range of benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and opportunities for professional growth.
