The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a database of prospective clients, nurturing relationships, and identifying new business opportunities. They will work closely with senior sales personnel to develop and implement sales strategies, leveraging their expertise in growth metrics and software sales cycles.

This role requires a strong understanding of digital transformation solutions, industry trends, and the ability to effectively communicate these insights to key stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of sales leadership, talent development, and driving revenue growth in a dynamic environment.

We offer a competitive salary of $120,000 - $150,000 per year, based on experience, plus a range of benefits, including flexible PTO, paid parental leave, and mental health coverage.

The Digital Growth Strategist will play a critical role in driving growth and expansion within our Acumatica practice, working collaboratively with the digital transformation leadership team to identify opportunities and develop strategic plans to capitalize on them.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth and revenue

Requirements:
  • 10+ years of sales or business development experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Information Technology, or related field
  • Strong understanding of growth metrics and software sales cycles
  • Team leadership and talent development skills
  • Sales management experience
