">We are searching for a Human Capital Strategist to contribute to our success by designing and implementing innovative recruitment strategies, promoting a positive workplace culture, and supporting various HR functions.
Main Responsibilities:
- Talent Acquisition and Development:
- Develop and execute comprehensive recruitment plans to attract top talent.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to identify recruitment needs and develop targeted solutions.
- Manage the applicant tracking system and post job openings on various platforms.
- Conduct initial screening interviews and coordinate the interview process.
- Onboarding and Training Initiatives:
- Streamline the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a seamless transition into the company.
- Contribute to the development and delivery of training programs for employees.
- Employee Engagement and Relations:
- Serve as a point of contact for employees regarding HR-related inquiries and issues.
- Support employee engagement initiatives and promote a positive workplace culture.
- Compliance and Data Management:
- Ensure that HR policies and practices align with labor laws and organizational standards.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases.
- Generate reports and metrics to assess recruitment effectiveness and workforce trends.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in human resources, recruitment, or a related area.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
- Proficient in HR software, specifically Bamboo.
Compensation:$95,000 - $125,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications
