We are searching for a Human Capital Strategist to contribute to our success by designing and implementing innovative recruitment strategies, promoting a positive workplace culture, and supporting various HR functions.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Talent Acquisition and Development:
    • Develop and execute comprehensive recruitment plans to attract top talent.
    • Collaborate with hiring managers to identify recruitment needs and develop targeted solutions.
    • Manage the applicant tracking system and post job openings on various platforms.
    • Conduct initial screening interviews and coordinate the interview process.
  • Onboarding and Training Initiatives:
    • Streamline the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a seamless transition into the company.
    • Contribute to the development and delivery of training programs for employees.
  • Employee Engagement and Relations:
    • Serve as a point of contact for employees regarding HR-related inquiries and issues.
    • Support employee engagement initiatives and promote a positive workplace culture.
  • Compliance and Data Management:
    • Ensure that HR policies and practices align with labor laws and organizational standards.
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases.
    • Generate reports and metrics to assess recruitment effectiveness and workforce trends.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in human resources, recruitment, or a related area.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
  • Proficient in HR software, specifically Bamboo.

Compensation:$95,000 - $125,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications
