Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the main contact for fleet clients, fostering and nurturing relationships to encourage repeat business.
  • Identify and pursue new fleet customer opportunities, devising strategies to secure their business.
  • Develop and present tailored sales proposals that address the unique requirements of fleet clients.
  • Provide precise and timely quotes to clients, ensuring competitive pricing structures.
  • Collaborate with various departments, including finance and service, to guarantee prompt vehicle delivery and exceptional post-sales support.
  • Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and new models in the commercial vehicle sector.
  • Achieve and surpass sales objectives while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Utilize CRM software to monitor sales activities, customer interactions, and follow-up tasks.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma is required; a bachelor's degree in business or a related field is preferred.
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in commercial or fleet sales within the automotive industry.
  • Proven sales skills with a history of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Familiarity with the commercial vehicle market and competitive landscape.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficient in CRM software usage.
  • Capability to work independently in a dynamic environment.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
